New Look...Same Great Service
As we welcome in the New Year and our 125th year of service, we are pleased to share some important news about our organization’s evolution.
A lot has changed in the world since we opened our hearts and our home to orphaned and abandoned children in 1892. Over a century later, we have changed, too. We‘ve evolved into a multi-faceted organization that serves over 25,000 children and families each year throughout Central Florida through innovative programs and services that have a positive impact on not only those we serve, but the entire community.
In an effort to show our growth and transition, we have changed our name from The Children’s Home, Inc. to Children’s Home Network. The name change is a result of an extensive rebranding effort designed to mirror the success and transformation of our organization. Today, we are so much more than a home. We offer services that are interconnected and focused on our mission.
In addition to the new name, Children’s Home Network also has a refreshing new look. We chose the butterfly as it symbolizes through its metamorphosis: transformation, growth and beauty. The positioning of a person in the center of the butterfly represents our “person-centered” approach that is supported by wraparound services and the potential for change. The multi-colors of the butterfly represent diversity and individual uniqueness. To meet today’s needs, we will continue to offer innovative programs and services that have a positive impact on children and their families. While our name has changed, Children’s Home Network will continue to provide the same level of excellence and professionalism you have come to know.
Our new website is focused on those who are looking to obtain information about Children’s Home Network and the services we provide, as well as those who want to get involved by volunteering, donating, or attending our events. Our phone numbers and street address will remain the same, but our social media has also changed. You can now find us on Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn at Children’s Home Network. If you follow us on Twitter or Instagram, our new handle is ChildrenHomeNet.
